Practical Use of the AI-Based Chatbot

Objectives

When OpenAI launched ChatGPT at the end of 2022, the topic of "Artificial Intelligence" was elevated to a new level. The chatbot can answer questions, write extended texts, analyze data, provide thought-provoking insights, and much more. This raises the question: what possibilities does this offer in procurement? Where can ChatGPT be used in the daily activities of buyers? What support options are available and what should be considered when working with ChatGPT?

This online seminar aims to provide answers to these questions and demonstrate the use of ChatGPT in procurement live. Additionally, participants will receive a “prompting” template to simplify and streamline communication with ChatGPT.
