AI is developing at a breathtaking pace and is becoming indispensable in the future day-to-day operations of organizations. This Masterclass offers an intensive and practice-oriented training program focused on the procurement and implementation of AI systems. This Masterclass combines intensive knowledge transfer with hands-on group exercises and an agile planning approach. The goal is to equip participants with the skills needed to strategically procure and implement AI systems—considering current technological, economic, and legal frameworks. Special attention is given to the EU AI Act as well as risk and compliance topics. Strategies for successful AI sourcing are developed and tested during an interactive agile planning session.
After completing the Masterclass, participants will:

Kristian Borkert is an attorney and founder of the JURIBO law firm. With more than 15 years of experience in international IT sourcing, IT procurement, IT tendering, and negotiation management, he is deeply experienced in designing and implementing business and compliance processes related to IT and cybersecurity. As an IT lawyer and certified data protection officer, he focuses on legally secure and practical solutions.
Yvonne Ietia is the managing director of a consulting firm specialising in the practical transformation of purchasing into a genuine value-adding partner. With over ten years of experience in the further development and management of purchasing organisations, she supports companies in structuring and effectively implementing transformation, digitalisation and new technologies such as AI. Her focus is on designing management models, clear roles, decision-making logic and practical working methods in purchasing. She combines agile, hybrid and classic approaches and integrates them pragmatically into existing organisational structures. Yvonne Ietia works in both international corporations and medium-sized organisations and specialises in anchoring change not as a project, but as a controllable task with lasting impact.
