Objectives

You will be proficient in the procedures, tools and methods of professional project management in tendering and awarding projects for which purchasing is responsible as well as development projects in which purchasing is involved. You will get to know the success factors for the management of procurement projects and how to avoid „stumbling blocks“ that jeopardize the success of a project. The essentials of project management are discussed based on practical cases.
